A tragic incident unfolded on Easter Monday in the Atwima Nwabiagya South District of the Ashanti Region. A young woman, believed to be in her 20s and a mother, was found dead along a rough, isolated road in Tanoso Dominase. Her lifeless body was discovered on the morning of April 21, 2025, with multiple stab wounds on her chest and hands.
Preliminary police investigations revealed that the woman's body was found lying face-down in a pool of blood. An abandoned vehicle was also found at the scene, with its keys and mobile phones left inside. Evidence suggests there may have been a struggle inside the vehicle. The police have identified the woman's boyfriend as the prime suspect, based on evidence that the couple shared a phone and were together in the vehicle.
