Ghanaian rapper Medikal, whose real name is Samuel Adu Frimpong, has confirmed that he is in a new relationship following his separation from his ex-wife, Fella Makafui. In a recent interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, Medikal revealed that he has found peace and happiness with his new partner but chose to keep the details of his love life private. He shared, "Yeah, me I have somebody, I have peace now. I am fixed, just that I don’t want to put my love life and all those things out there."
This announcement comes several months after Medikal’s marriage to Fella Makafui ended. Despite the public’s keen interest in his personal life, the rapper reiterated his preference for privacy. He also mentioned that he and Fella are successfully co-parenting their daughter, Island.
After their split, rumors surfaced suggesting that Medikal was dating singer Eazzy, but he neither confirmed nor denied these speculations during the interview.
Medikal also expressed that although his marriage to Fella didn’t work out, he remains open to love in the future. As he continues to focus on his music career, the rapper, best known for his hit song "Omo Ada," is committed to growing his fanbase and continuing his artistic journey.
